Hoopla Annual Fundraiser

1. HOOPLA – November 6, 2011 – Longfellow’s Inn & Restaurant – 4:30 pm. Dinner, basket browsing, live & silent auction.

2. The 2011-2012 Budget indicates that HOOPLA is budgeted to raise a profit of $30,000.00.

3. Sponsorships and reservations available through November 1st.

4. If you would like to help there are several different areas available:

Help with mailings

Soliciting for Corporate Sponsors

Soliciting donations and baskets for auction

Follow up calls for sponsors

Helping with basket wrapping

Helping with set up the day of the event

Helping with check out the evening of the event

Helping with thank you letters in the week following event
